Credits

LOGiCAL Credits are pre-purchased credits, which are used when uploading calibration results to LOGiCAL. This way the costs for LOGiCAL will scale based on how many results you upload.

Credits usage​

Uploading one calibration result spends one LOGiCAL credit. You can buy more LOGiCAL Credits at any time, just make sure you have enough to upload all your calibration results!

How to buy

More results than credits?​

If the number of results exceeds your available LOGiCAL credits in your mobile device, synchronization cannot proceed because credits are needed to process each result.

Avoiding low credits​

To help users avoid running into the problem not being able to sync due to not enough credits available. LOGiCAL includes a notification service where a credits low balance notification limit can be set for the organization.

In such case, you have two options:

  1. Buy more credits. How to buy
  2. To continue syncing and processing results, you can either purchase additional credits or reduce the number of results in your device for upload
