Subscription management
Your LOGiCAL subscription includes an annual calibration allowance for each subscription period. The calibration allowance defines the maximum number of calibration results that can be synced from supported mobile solutions to the LOGiCAL database during that period.
You can select the appropriate calibration allowance based on your expected annual calibration volume. The calibration allowance is valid for one subscription period and resets at the start of each new period. Unused allowance is not carried over to the next period.
You can set a low calibration allowance notification limit for your organization. This ensures that you are notified when your remaining allowance is running low. If more calibrations are needed during the subscription period, Beamex will provide a quote for an allowance upgrade for the remaining subscription period.
If the allowance is exceeded, LOGiCAL does not immediately stop synchronization. This allows you to continue operations without interruption.
