Signup

There are two different ways to start using LOGiCAL. Which one you should use depends on whether your organization is already using LOGiCAL.

Start using LOGiCAL as a new organization

Use this option only if your organization is not yet using LOGiCAL.

  • Sign up through the LOGiCAL landing page
  • A new organization is created during sign‑up
  • You will become the organization administrator

Creating an account (i.e. signing up) to LOGiCAL is done via the landing page.

1. Start by clicking Sign in.

You can sign up with your existing Microsoft, Google or LinkedIn account. If you want to sign up with your own email account, click Sign up

2. First you need to verify your email address: Provide your email address and click Send verification code. A verification email is sent to the provided address.

3. Enter the verification code from the email to the reserved field and click Verify code.

The verification code is valid only for 20 minutes. A new one can be requested by clicking Send new code.

4. Provide your name and password information.

Password requirements:

  • Length: 8-32 characters
  • Allowed characters are: Lowercase and uppercase characters, digits (0-9), and following symbols: @ # $ % ^ & * - _ + = [ ] { } | \ : ' , ? / ` ~ " ( ) ; .

5. Provide details of your company, the country you are from and click Create account.

Account is created and you are directed back to the landing page. Next, you need to sign in.

By clicking create account, you accept the Terms of Service and Privacy policy.

Join an existing organization (through invitation email)

Invited users are guided through a scenario-based flow depending on whether they already have an existing account and whether their organization uses SSO. The invitation emails contain instructions for the user and guides user to the correct path.

In short, the flow is as follows:

  • You will receive an invitation email from your organization administrator
  • Follow the link in the invitation email to create an account or to sign in
  • You will be added to the existing organization

User doesn’t have a myBeamex account

Clicking Join Organization from the invitation email will open the sign-up flow and your email address is prepopulated.

The sign-up process must be finalized with the same email address the invitation was sent to.

User has an existing myBeamex account

If you already have an account and are invited to a new organization (you receive an invitation email):

  1. Click on the invitation link from the email. A sign in page opens up.
  2. Sign in with your email and a password

User organization has SSO integration

If you belong to an organization with SSO integration, the sign up happens through the sign in procedure.
