Calibration process and mobile tools

Calibration process overview

The process of executing a calibration in LOGiCAL has following steps:

  • Calibration tasks are assigned to a LOGiCAL user (e.g. a calibration technician), to perform the calibrations
  • The calibration technician synchronizes the calibration tasks assigned to him/her to be performed using a mobile tool.
  • The calibration technician executes the calibrations and documents them using a mobile tool.
  • The calibration technician synchronizes the calibration results from the mobile tool back to LOGiCAL

About Mobile tools

Calibration tasks are documented using mobile tools that can be used out in the field, even in places where you do not have an internet connection. Online connection is only required when synchronizing data between LOGiCAL and the mobile tool.

Mobile tools

LOGiCAL supports following mobile tools:

Note!

A separate Beamex Sync application is needed for Beamex calibrators to communicate with LOGiCAL.
