Calibration execution with Beamex calibrators

Assign calibration tasks

Instruments due for calibration are assigned for organization's users for calibration execution. This is done through Manage work view, which is used in planning and executing calibration activities. In the view you see the instruments that are due for calibration. The list is ordered based on the due date, with the most urgent (i.e. overdue) on top.

Navigate to the Assign for calibration page for more info about how to assign a calibration task for execution.

Perform calibration

The instrument is now synchronized to the calibrator. Please refer to calibrator's user guide on how to perform the documented calibration.

Sync calibration result back to LOGiCAL

When you have a result in the calibrator, use a USB cable to connect it to the computer where you have LOGiCAL Sync installed, (Supported devices). When the connection is made between the calibrator and the Sync app, the calibrator model and serial number become visible in the Connected calibrators view.

Connected calibrator

Click Synchronize to transfer results from the calibrator to LOGiCAL.

Note!

There is a setting in LOGiCAL Sync to remove results (and instruments) automatically from the device when syncing. See Sync settings.
