Custom fields

The custom fields view gives the user the possibility to add custom fields for text, lists and checkboxes. The user is allowed to have 10 custom fields specified for position, device, function and result.

Note! For results only text and checkbox fields are supported.

Edit custom fields​

For editing the customized fields select position, device, function or result from the list and click the edit button.

For editing a custom text field click the + Add button and choose Add text field from the drop-down menu.

Every field that is added need a label. After a label has been typed in, it can be saved. As default the field is set to be enabled. If the field is disabled it will be present in the custom fields list but greyed out. The field will not be visible in the instrument.

Remove​

For completely removing a field, click the Remove button. The user is asked to confirm the removal and after confirming the field will be removed completely.

Note!

Removing the custom field will also delete it from every instrument where it is utilized.
